Amidst the scorching summer heatwave, on the morning of July 18, 2025, Jixi County Deputy Party Secretary and County Magistrate Lu Donglin, along with officials from the Economic Development Zone Management Committee and the Federation of Trade Unions, visited Anhui Huangshan Hengjiu Chain Transmission Co., Ltd. to offer relief and support during the high temperatures. They carried Wahaha mineral water, electrolyzed acidic water, Wanglaoji, black tea, and other heat-fighting supplies.

On-site, County Magistrate Lu had a detailed discussion with the company's General Manager, Chen Yibing, inquiring in detail about the company's safety production arrangements and implementation of heat-fighting measures during the hot season. He repeatedly urged company leaders to scientifically adjust operating hours and schedule work, ensure an adequate supply of heat-fighting supplies, and meticulously safeguard the health and safety of frontline employees. He also cordially spoke with the frontline employees present, advising them, "During the hot weather, everyone must take precautions against the heat and maintain their health so they can better focus on their work." Each package of cooling supplies and thoughtful words of encouragement made the hardworking frontline workers truly feel the care and concern of the county Party Committee and government.

This "Cooling Down" campaign not only provided heatstroke relief supplies but also demonstrated the county Party Committee and government's deep concern for frontline workers.
