Recently, the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Zhejiang Province officially released the 2025 list of recognized digital workshops in Zhejiang. The Hengjiu High-Precision Chain Digital Workshop was successfully selected as a provincial-level digital workshop and was simultaneously designated as a "Basic-Level Intelligent Factory."
Since its inception, the Hengjiu High-Precision Chain Digital Workshop has focused on the entire chain manufacturing process, establishing a comprehensive digital management system that encompasses various stages, including production management, equipment monitoring, and quality traceability. By deploying a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), the workshop enables the real-time collection and analysis of production data. Furthermore, key processes utilize automated equipment integrated into a networked collaborative system, thereby significantly reducing the costs associated with manual intervention as well as operational errors. A comprehensive, end-to-end quality traceability mechanism has also been established to ensure that product quality remains stable and fully controllable. This series of digital initiatives has effectively boosted production efficiency and shortened production cycles, laying a solid foundation for the company to enhance product quality and empower its operations.
The successful recognition of the workshop as a provincial-level digital facility serves as a strong affirmation of the company's ongoing efforts to drive digital transformation.
