On the afternoon of January 22, Huangshan Hengjiu grandly held its 2026 Annual Supplier Conference. The company's management team, heads of relevant functional departments, and representatives from over 70 long-standing, stable suppliers gathered to renew deep bonds of friendship, chart paths for collaboration, and jointly outline a blueprint for future development.

During the conference, the heads of the Quality Control, Procurement & Supply, and Manufacturing departments successively presented the comprehensive performance evaluation report for suppliers and subcontracting partners for the year 2025. Focusing on four core dimensions—"quality, stability, on-time delivery rates, cost competitiveness, and service responsiveness"—the report featured detailed data, in-depth analysis, objective evaluations, and clear strategic direction, providing a solid foundation for quality enhancement and supply chain upgrading.
Chief Engineer Zhou Jian delivered a special presentation titled "On Quality Requirements and the Application of the 'Four New Technologies'." He provided an in-depth exposition of the full-lifecycle quality standards for "Huangshan Brand" chains, and proposed a systematic application plan regarding the implementation scenarios, execution paths, and phased objectives for the "Four New Technologies"—specifically new technologies, new processes, new materials, and new equipment—within the supply chain ecosystem.
General Manager Chen Yibing delivered a keynote speech, highly commending the vast network of suppliers for the professionalism and sense of responsibility they demonstrated in critical areas such as safeguarding product quality, ensuring on-time delivery, and supporting joint R&D initiatives. He noted that in 2026, Huangshan Hengjiu will align closely with the Hengjiu Group's overarching strategic deployment of "focusing on growth while reducing costs and enhancing efficiency." The company will systematically anchor its efforts in three core development directions—"efficiency, quality, and innovation"—to accelerate the construction of a more resilient supply chain system. Specifically, this entails: (1) driving comprehensive improvements in overall supply chain operational efficiency through collaborative synergy; (2) steadfastly upholding the quality commitment of "zero-defect delivery, full-chain accountability, and integrated improvement"; and (3) deepening joint efforts in tackling key technical challenges to accelerate the transformation of technological achievements into practical applications.
During the awards ceremony, plaques and commendations were presented to six outstanding suppliers recognized for their exceptional performance throughout 2025. Subsequently, representatives from the award-winning organizations and participating suppliers shared successful case studies and invaluable insights regarding the implementation of lean management, the establishment of rapid-response mechanisms, and collaborative technical problem-solving. These presentations—characterized by their practical relevance and profound insights—resonated deeply with the entire audience, thereby further solidifying the foundation of mutual trust, forging strategic consensus, and catalyzing collaborative momentum.

Moving forward, Huangshan Hengjiu will adopt a higher strategic perspective, implement more concrete measures, and deliver superior service; joining hands with its suppliers, the company aims to pool collective strengths, empower mutual growth, and achieve a win-win future together.
