Recently, Huangshan Hengjiu successfully passed its annual surveillance audit for its Intellectual Property (IP) Compliance Management System, conducted by a third-party certification body approved by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA). This audit covered the company's core business functions—including R&D, procurement, production, sales, and human resources—and focused specifically on verifying management practices across the entire IP lifecycle: acquisition, maintenance, utilization, protection, and risk control. Through document reviews, on-site interviews, record inspections, and process tracing, the audit team conducted a comprehensive assessment of the company's IP compliance framework, the implementation of role-specific responsibilities, the management of IP clauses in contracts, employee training mechanisms, and capabilities regarding infringement alerts and response.

The audit team unanimously concluded that Huangshan Hengjiu has continuously refined its IP compliance governance structure; furthermore, its management system operates effectively, records are complete, and improvements are implemented in a timely manner. The company has demonstrated robust initiatives and achieved significant results in areas such as patent portfolio planning for its product lines, the tiered protection of trade secrets, and the execution of employee confidentiality agreements. In particular, the company has exhibited strong professionalism and foresight in the synergistic advancement of high-value patent cultivation and standardization efforts. To date, the company holds a portfolio of over 60 granted patents—with invention patents accounting for more than 30%—and has led or participated in the formulation of six national standards, as well as two industry standards and two group standards each. Consequently, both the quality of its IP creation and the efficiency of its IP commercialization have seen steady improvement.
The successful completion of this annual surveillance audit marks a new phase in the development of Huangshan Hengjiu’s IP compliance management system—one characterized by greater standardization and refinement. Mr. Zhou Jian, Vice President and Management Representative, stated that the company will continue to uphold compliance as its cornerstone and innovation as its driving force. By deepening the integration of IP management with corporate strategy and strengthening risk control capabilities across the entire value chain, the company aims to provide robust support for the localization and high-quality development of high-end chain transmission equipment.
